Friends and family of Kyle Fleischmann are asking for the public's help in finding the 24-year-old, who they say has been missing since early Friday morning. Fleischmann was last seen leaving Buckhead Saloon in uptown Charlotte NC at 2:15 a.m. Friday. Fleischmann, a 2006 Elon University graduate, didn't show up to his health care staffing job Friday.

Fleischmann is 6 feet tall, 180 pounds, with green eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing jeans, a black T-shirt, and black dress shoes. A missing persons report has been filed with Charlotte-Mecklenburg police. If you have any information about Fleischmann's whereabouts, call crimestoppers at 704-334-1600

Since his disappearance, more than 16,000 Facebook users have joined a group devoted to searching for Kyle Fleischmann. There is also a Web site, www.helpfindkyle.com.
